Looks like MAN has lost out to Liverpool.
CSA Airlines starting 2 weekly Prague to Liverpool on an A319. Used to serve MAN. Will be their only service to the UK:

Much as I'd like MAN to keep adding flights, CSA would probably be on to a loser to add flights there when Jet2 and Easyjet have about 9-10 flights a week to Prague between them. In this case LPL probably makes more sense for a northwest connection, though if it is a viable route I'm slightly surprised Wizz hadn't already got in there.
WIZZ have already been there done that, LPL-PRG & dropped it.
The only advantage with CSA was connections to Eastern Europe- but I'm not sure they have much of a network left to connect to.
If WIZZ didn't make it pay I doubt CSA will fair any better. Easy & Jet2 have it covered pretty well from MAN.

Iraqi Airways flights are now fully bookable on their website.
Starts 15th March instead of 18th March, times and flight numbers remain as previously reported.
Stops at Vienna inbound, stays there for 1h45 for securty checks.

Etihad had a 2 week period of offering First in November last year. Their lounge at MAN is also stated as 'first and business class'.
I would not be surprised to see them add it, Emirates seem to be managing to fill a fair few seats, given the upgrade to the A380 on the EK19/20 added more premium capacity than economy.

A SENIOR Cathay Pacific executive has hailed the response to the airline's new direct flight from Manchester to Hong Kong and said the plan is for it to move to a daily service.
Rupert Hogg, chief operating officer at Cathay Pacific, was speaking at a gala dinner at Manchester Town Hall last night to celebrate the new four times weekly service, which began on December 8.
The event was attended by Manchester investment, tourism and avaiation bosses along with Lord Nat Wei the peer who is a director of the Manchester-China Forum. A delegation of business, academic and tourist leaders from Hong Kong were there too, having flown in on Thursday morning.
Mr Hogg praised the feeling of "innovation, excitement and growth" in Manchester and said the city was, like Hong Kong a "great trading hub" with the same "can-do attitude" as the territory.
He said: "This is a very significant moment and we are very enthusiastic about the future and are delighted to be celebrating our newest route. We'd like to get it to a daily service as quickly as possible. We have had an excellent start with healty load factors in terms of passenger and cargo.
"We know Manchester has a large Chinese population, and is a popular choice for many Chinese students too. We see it as the gateway to the north and Scotland too, and that is why we have arranged the code share with Flybe.
"Hong Kong too is the third-largest passenger hub in the world and offers a gateway into China for North West businesses and tourists visiting the Far East."
Mr Hogg said Cathay Pacific was in a "new era of expansion in Europe" and is launching flights from Zurich and Dusseldorf later this year.Cathy pacific

At a recent gala dinner in Manchester, senior executive from Cathay Pacific confirmed they want MAN to be daily 'as soon as possible'.
I don't know how far in advance the Gala Dinner was arranged but I imagine the mere fact it was held signifies that CX were very pleased with advance bookings and that the route is performing well. Although a daily service means a lot more seats to fill, the frequency would be a more attractive proposition, especially for business travellers.
Edit: Many thanks Basil - you posted while I was drafting!

After the formalities, guests were treated to a "Walking on Air" fashion show which saw Cathay cabin crew modelling the uniforms the airline has used since it was founded in 1946.

It seems one of the Heathrow posters which appeared in our area has now been banned by the Advertising Standards Authority no less. ....

The dinner was the 'official' launch celebration and was planned a long time before the first flight.
Although there is lot's of talk of it going daily or wishing it goes daily, the inside word is not before October i.e W15, in fact the slots for days 3, 5 and 7 that were applied for some time ago starting October have just been handed back!
Also Boston is a new route starting soon as well. The last of the 777-300ER orders finish this year, Oct I think, another new one this month. Then there will be a gap until the A350 deliveries start in 2016.

Spanners, do the slots just handed back refer to October and the winter period, or just October? i.e is an increase for winter'15 still a serious possibility or now highly unlikely?

LAX actually starts 29th March. Boston also begins in 2016.
New York also increases to 4 weekly (Mon/Thu/Fri/Sat).
Will try and link times when on computer.
Seems MAN in for some very good times, wonder if Boston is the route MAN talk about due as 'currently only available from Heathrow', or if it is Beijing?

All very positive with TCX and seems the long haul HUB idea announced a couple of years back has finally taken off. Maybe they were waiting for aircraft availability. Hopefully they may add more A330 to their fleet as 2 weekly LAX plus an extra JFK and Boston surely requires an extra frame.
Santa Clara also rumoured to be returning for next winter. Operated a couple of years back as TCX812/813
