Etihad had a 2 week period of offering First in November last year. Their lounge at MAN is also stated as 'first and business class'.
I would not be surprised to see them add it, Emirates seem to be managing to fill a fair few seats, given the upgrade to the A380 on the EK19/20 added more premium capacity than economy.
