"Flank Speed" was limited by the amount of .50 Caliber Ammo carried....but did allow for a very noticeable "Burst" speed.

The latest De Agostini part work mean that after 3000 editions and a ton of money the Coast Guard would have a decent cutter, but the starting parts were the usual mismatched set.
