Thats nothing Qatar 777 Pilots now expected and are flying 1000hrs factored per year so in actual fact were flying 13/1400 and we can only log half on return sectors when two crews carried ie. MEL....

Hi Atlas Medical Centre at LGW provide Malarone to crews but the company has to pay around £40 per box of 12 tablets!

Doubt very much theres a requirement under JAR for reinforced cockpit doors to cargo aircraft as current flying a heavy turbo-prop in E Class Config and we only have a flimsy smoke curtain between us...
