Watch out for the cloud formations

I’m based in Milan my advice is watch out for turbulence if you’re planning to fly close to the mountains as occasionally the turbulence can be extreme.
The high level clouds can give you a clue

guys it was her first flight on the RJ she was probably on the Jump seat observing the other first officer in the RH seat and the Captain in the LH seat as PF .
I believe I read that the FO "crew"...
