Can not think of actual Airlines off hand, however, speak with Storm aviation. ( Not my fav. company, but thats opinion.) they offer cadet courses with numerous airlines on the A320.

I have to agree. Air taxi is a valuable experience. In my case I did the flight instruction route first, making friends with airplanes, going on as many flights as possible, flying "The Empty Legs"...
