Its much improved on FMS1, loading a route is very easy using the Airways page, just plug in the airway and it auto synchs the intersections. Can get abeam waypoints or radials for fuel checks etc....

Depends what country and what airline. I know of an airline in the UK that employed pilots as second officers (low hours), rated and flew in the RHS of an A320, so it is possible!
