Knock Airport looking for some money

I know it is very small but I have seen a picture of and ATR,A320 and B747 parked there hard to believe.
A taxiway is needed, and CAT 2 landing system is really needed at the airport.

I was wondering in the case of a divert who pays the landing charges the airport or the airline. Just remembered of My Travel Lite flight diverted to shannon landed refueled and then came back to Knock this was al due to fog.
A CAT II ILS would be great at knock it would really attract some business.
