I think the worst operators tend to be the ones where the CEO, CP, Training standards manager and Maintenance controller are the same person. It staggers me that this is actually legal.

As far as I know, they do the doctor's run to Wairoa and I've seen them take the odd stretcher. Most of the serious air ambulance work out of Hawkes Bay seems to be done by Skyline/Lowe Corporation....
