Seems it is the way the annual increase is added on that is causing the problem.

E.G

Wage 50K @ 2.6% thats worth £1300 a year...

I have said this before the RAF can have a 14.6% pay rise funded by the cut of 6000 troops this year.

The RAF has been cut from 47,000 to 41,000 thats a lot of extra wages that are no longer...
