You need a seaplane rating before you go there. Their primary candidates are DHC6 seaplane captains, or high time seaplane pilots that will eventually upgrade to captain.

What exactly do you want to know ? They don't hire foreign F/O's right now, you have to already be a DHC6 seaplane captain to get in...

Where do I find under JAR rules the text that describes whether a 'visual approach' at the end of an IFR flight is an IFR approach or not.
