Cadets are all MR s wish, he will the last call, he keeps spaces for all the captains sons etc and the relatives, so that he wants to keep them under his wings,,,,,this place will be One Big Family...

What nonsence,,,,,,,,, Why do they need ( Captains babies....) Qualifications when their Jobs are gauranteed even before they come from USA.( some were extremely talented with CAA /JAA Licenses )...

these sceme is open only for Srilakan nationals , you need to hold a CPl/Multi engine endorsment with a valid Instrument rating, shold be converted to Srilankan DGCA by the time you apply.

this is also one of the rip offs and letting down the local pilots as well, why on esrth the expats get a huge tax free salary when the locals get 1/3 of that with a heavy tax, they fly the same...
