Perhaps I'm missing something, five Robinson R44 Raven helicopters do not make "a private domestic airline company". Could someone please elaborate on Mr. Gunawardena's intentions. It sounds a lot more like a helicopter flying school and/or sight-seeing flights or is the word 'airline' being used in its broadest sense.
