UL the only airline .......
This is just to let you know few eyebrowes have raised ,,,,,, that srilankan( UL) airlines is the only airline in the world whare they advertised Pilots vacancies in the newspaper,, has anybody seen any adverts apart from Flight magazines whare the ads been in the newspaper and underneath that in big BOLD letter they ( HR) mantion that
' The selection is strictly on merit basis and any attempt to infleunce will become an autamatic failure' ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but exactly the oppsit thing happens in this Airline ( Srilankan,,,,,, welcome to our worldddddddddddddddd) ,,,,, then people start pullling all the strings ,,,
and this is the only Airline whare they do not concider Flying hrs ,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Pitty pitty pittyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy there is another Cadet Intake going on and I wonder how many Captains . politicians ecte tc children get innnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

The way of the world!
That happens everywhere in the world! Not just in Asia.
I used to get annoyed when politician's children got into our national airline straight out of Flight School. So green you could see them in the dark!
But once I got to know them I realised that they were no different that I. They just had a head start because of who they knew.
You can either let in annoy you or embrace it....networking! It's a killer!
