Apart from Tiger are anyone else looking for a 320 type rated pilots with about 150 ish hours on type? is there a tt requirement or just a time on type. I suspect that AA have still got thier cadets...

sideloader - the application form asked for hours exculding sim time....but if you only need 20 hours - that's a week's flying, worth it for this kind of opportunity don't you think?

i have been trying to get i the china markert for a while. I speak mandarin but you need at least 1000 on type or residency so it leave's a fair amount of wanabees not able to head to china to work.
