triadic you have me stumped. All I can think of is a Twin Beech on floats with a Hamilton mod (still looks wrong). I cannot think of anything else low wing, twin, on floats.

(It looks like it is low wing anyway!!!! )

That looks like a 737-300/400 0r maybe a 767. A long way from Oz to LHR in one of those!!!
