Triadic...nice shot heading into Ngurah Rai, small swell running that day. What was it taken from? I'm assuming not the Saab.

the interesting thing is that all that water going over the Burdekin
Dam, is only considered to be "moderate" flooding
morno, at Ayr/Home Hill that is true. If you look at the pic of the rail/road bridge between those towns, the Burdekin has been known to break its banks there on many occassions. I think the difference is that the Bowen R, which comes in below the Burdekin Dam is not in flood.
The lower Burdekin is running about 3M under the road/rail bridge and rising. Expected to break its banks in a couple of places today!

Its pissing down again today - could be an interesting weekend for Ingham/Townsville/Ayr/Home Hill!

I know A is not Wilton and looking at Google Earth I dont think its Atherton either. Its distinctive with a lake alongside. I give up. Where is it?

Its OK Pyro - we're both right. You said it looks like Cairns - which it does, because, as I said, it is Cairns...

Edit:
Thanks for your text - theres no need for that
