I'm sure the helicopter is doing the very best it possibly can, but it's not much of a substitute for Noah's Ark, is it?

We're not sure. Either we're rescuing it from the floods, or, if it dies of fright, we'll build it into the dike.

A new twist on the traditional ending to an Air Show. The pilot misunderstands the instruction to find a distinctively-coloured Morris Cowley in the car-park, fly it to a safe part of the airfield and drop it from a considerable height.

In readiness for the Inter-services annual barbecue, the Navy flew in the beef while the RAF were still wrestling with the pork and God alone knows what the Army were doing with the lamb...

Mrs Higginbotham ordered 4 pints of Semi Skimmed Milk, however due to a shortage at Tesco ( udder supermarkets are available) they substituted it with Draught

Having been rescued from certain death in a old tin mine shift in Cornwall, Hoskins was glad he was in a Pantomime Cows costume, to prevent ye other Cap Com Contestants taking ye Michael.
