Progress with the Top Secret USN/USAF sponsored/funded "Interspecies Breeding Programme" is beginning to produce encouraging results. So far the progeny are little "jetlings". However with a bit more DNA tweaking the Pentagon is hopeful that it can soon announce a self contained SailIT, LaunchIT, FlyIT, BombIT Platform that can reproduce at will.
