Hey Coff

Welcome to the thread! The idea is that one image is judged by all and sundry and, after a few days, the PPRuNer who uploaded that image gets to judge all the entries and selects a winner. The winner is then responsible for posting a new image...

Check out post number 12319 for the current image

In a unique collaboration with OASC, the publisher of "Where's Wally psychometrics" lowers the bar sufficiently to satisfy current P standards

Hi all ...

Just trying to redeem my faux pas at 12361 earlier ... ... sorry again TTB.

"The Cadbury Cream Egg Easter promotion hits the Front Line early this year" ... partly inspired by having just visited Tesco's !

Best regards ...

Hi all ...

"Negotiations with the Afghan National Army prove troublesome when one Soldier turns up in mufti."

or

"Mr Kemp I said we were going on foot patrol ... not attending the East Enders Christmas Fancy Dress gig."

or

"Private Scroggins I said you acted like a Bozo at times ... trust you to take it literally !"

Best regards ...

"Are you sure this is a good Idea?, I mean I am all for suprise Birthday parties, but I tell ya, I don't think Bin Laden is going to see the funny side of this!"

Or

"Are you sure the boss said he would like to wake up with a co-co in bed in the mornings?"

Or

"Don't worry guys, he is on secondment from the Guards, they all dress up in silly outfits."

Audience: 'He's behind you'

Sergeant Dandini: 'Oh no he isn't'

Continues ad nauseum

Research continues into the need for camouflage in close quarter combat siuations. Today's experiment - primary colours.

or

Chuckles did not mind the garish outfit as it was lot more comfortable in the heat and dust than the full combat outfit. However, the footwear was not really that practical for kicking down doors...

When being informed of his placement with the US Marines, Scroggs had been reassured that although his 'made in the UK' kit was still in development, his superior training would undoubtedly compensate.
