While we wait for 4mastacker, I'll nominate "arm out the window" for 2nd place with:

Maybe Disney World Moscow didn't have quite the same wow factor as the others, but the enhanced numbers of screaming kids per rollercoaster ride looked set to make it a nice earner all the same.
