I know the feeling. Every time my phone bleeps with a new email, I'm reading it straight away.

I know a couple of people have heard from CTC. Fingers crossed for me!

Has anyone received a negative at all?

FTE

Is there anyone else that has submitted to FTE and hasn't been invited for the assessment?

FTE

Yes, I have submitted to FTE and am still awaiting a response. I've received no news since I applied two weeks ago. When are the assessment dates for FTE? Are there two tranches?

Is this for UK-citizens only? I am an EU-citizen so I have the right to work in the UK, but how do I "translate" my grades from school? We don't use the ABC-system where I come from.

Good luck and please try to retrieve some details about their conditional offer! How long after graduation does the trainee has the preffered status for instance.

I meet all the criteria (A* in my baccalaureate, plus degree, PPL, work experience in the aviation world...) and haven't heard anything from CTC... yet... (fingers crossed).

OAA nothing heard yet

I don't think its's an issue that we have not heard from OAA, you can be sure as soon as they start offering assessment dates that someone will post here to let us all know. Kinda glad I did pick OAA as I am abroad at the moment. If they turn round and say pick a date in a few days time - my other half will be feeding bits of me to the fish...

Hope OAA pull their finger out soon. I just turned down a (non-flying) job offer today because I'd have to commit to 5 weeks of training- starting a week from Monday- without interruption.

You have to be in it to win it. There'll be plenty of other opportunities to be a cubicle monkey.
