Not in the Netherlands - although KLM would have had service here at the time of the picture.

Going offline for most of today - more clues later if still unsolved

I'm still hung up on the steep roofed house and therefore is this in Danish territory somewhere? The hangar is RAF-style for sure, though. As i say, its the house that ispulling me away from Scotland/England....

As we are wandering around Europes Baltic coast, the coastal setting/sea plane base would tie up with Copenhagen Kastrup?

Yep, I thought of that but all the pics on the web seem to be quite different. Its true, though, that KLM operated seaplane services in to there..... I'm still inclined to agree with you though.....
