No.. Prague? The DH86s did operate there and therehas been two PRG airports?

Ridge Rider made it ! Saved me using my next clue which would have been "Don't worry, its going to be OK- !" (Yuk)

Prague - Ruzyne . The 1937 terminal . After one war, three invasions/liberations, two revolutions and a state break-up, still virtually unchanged and still in use for Government/VIP flights.

That was fun . You now have control - or maybe Open House in the interests of thread diversity.

Also thanks for the third-party contribution by PM just before the last clue.....

Reckon its one of the '30s UK "Country Club" airfields - how about Lympne?

Not Berlin and not Lympne.

It is however it is in the UK and identifying the aircraft flying past may offer a clue (only 12 were built).

How about Sandown (I.o.W)? I say that because it is close to Cowes - a SaRo location (flying boats!) RR
