Possibly;
NAAS Brown Field,CA.
VU-7 operated from there in the fifties and also flew the Fury FJ-4 , two of which can be seen in the background. The mountains in the photograph could be the West Otay range.

That looks a bit like an AVIOGENEX TU-134 but the location stumps me - possibly Middle East somewhere?
