Which Aerodrome Mk II
Interesting photo of a very nice airport.
C2j,
I agree, it looks odd, but it is a real picture. Very long-focus lens.
Not a big image, but if you look carefully, you'll see three DC-3s on the ramp. Not a common sight these days.

Alright, alright. If it is FS, it's very realistic.
Try this one - left base for the grass. I know this one is real because I took it

My first thought was somewhere in the Caribbean, but now after looking at the next picture, I rather think not.
Azores perhaps? (Just a WAG.)

Yes, Tauranga on the Bay of Plenty. I knew it wouldn't last long once the sun rose down under.
A wonderful place. One hard runway and two grass runways. Fifth busiest airport in New Zealand. Commercial and GA traffic, plus gliding, skydiving, aerobatics, ultralights and warbird joyrides, all in a Class D zone. Try that at Bournemouth!
Krakatoa has declared Open House.

Somewhere in Norway?
descol,
"Not in the north" as in southern hemisphere or as in south of Norway?
Wherever it is , it looks like the west coast.
