RR, you've been around for long today and just kept silent. I wonder... Night.

Are we supposed to believe that the stabilizer really looked that way LM?
Does in the photo.

Guten Tag Reg,

You look like you needed a little company, so as it's my coffee time I thought I'd let you know there is someone else out there, albeit only for fifteen minutes!

Any Ideas on LM's latest?

It looks to me like it may have a six-cylinder radial/rotary, which is fairly unusual and often really a pair of sixty degree three's rotated and slightly offset as a so-called "two-row" six. I may be totally wrong here, but I can't reconsile the image with the usual five or seven cylinders!

Back to work now, hope to be back lunchtime, good luck!

Good afternoon gentlemen.

I did not mean to desert you all but I have had no internet all day until now.

Maybe this will help. It is from an advertising brochure by its' manufacturer in 1919.

Only one example was built.

LM, Is that the one you posted earlier? A rare brochure pic in Aerofiles? Did not try to find it again, although it rang my bell. Did not, because I remembered it was a drawing, not a photo....

Tried now: Bellanca CE 1919 with Anzani engine.

Exactly! To go skiing. The favourite (or so) sports over most of Europe at this point....

What's it like in Berlin?

No snow here, and sunny.

About 10 cm snow, cloudy, zero temperature, slippery, traffic alerts, ice blocks floating down the river Spree . Need more reasons to stay where you are?

Maybe not the time for asking for a clue yet, but this Damsel seems to be in a distress with the snow. She looks like she would be on skis for the first time in her life, and the skis are not so fitting. Which makes me wonder if she is French or British by birth.

Tag RD.

Designed as a fighter. Only one built since its' Hispano Suiza engine did not give the expected power and it was too slow.
