I'm here, but leaving. A friend just called, that he has crashed his car, and his wife crashed her a few days ago! Seems that three cars is an absolute minimum for a normal family here.

Evening Guys,

I think it's the ERNOUL COMMERCIAL MONOPLANE "F.A.T.M.A.2" of 1922

because I found this!

commercial monoplane | ernoul-dewoitine commercial | ernoul commercial | 1922 | 0089 | Flight Archive

I'm off home now, so Open House please when LM gives the OK.

I'm sure Sinco has it having found the Flight article, although must admit I have never heard of it!

Same here. I guess as we probe deeper into the bowels of aviation there's always a piece that never sees the light of day. Nice probing guys!
I googled that French machine and I got two hits...PPRuNe (this thread) and Flight Archive. For some reason Flight Archive never downloads for me, is a secret handshake or nod required before entry is allowed?

Great piece of air-to-air shooting TC.

The Ernoul-Dewoitine Commercial Monoplane.

I didn't get it from either of the sites mentioned, so I suppose I must keep my "source" to myself.

For some reason Flight Archive never downloads for me, is a secret handshake or nod required before entry is allowed?
I agree Graeme. The site is protected. The only way is to print and then scan.

TC has declared Open House.

Here is the next silhouette challenge: (Please provide the specific designator, as "close" won't be close enough)

Wow, kalooli, yes, it is a Douglas, but not the designator I was looking for (and the exact aircraft that is pictured). By process of elimination, you should be able to get it.

OK then. Given the time of day that this appears to taking off at and the fact that there is no sign of guns in the apparently solid nose, I'd wager that it is a P-70A night fighter.

Could be a Messerschmitt 108, maybe.
No. Make it a Ryan SC.
