Thank you.

Found this while looking for some other stuff.

I'll be out gardening the rest of the day. Most of the snow has gone, but the lawn is still frozen, and will not be damaged by falling trees.

Too large image at first. Sorry

A paperplane only, but intersting.

Will enjoy my gardening. Always a lot of fun gardening with a chain saw.

Initial thought is something from Dornier, although the tail is not their usual style.

I accept that there are different interpretations of a word in various languages.

But a paperplane to me does not exist.

Help......

Frustrating...its difficult to guage its age, although I am guessing its a comparitively recent design? Cant really tell if its an overhead prop, a la Dornier ATT or 2 side by side wing mounted. Sticking to Dornier for time being, but that tail reminds me of something else....if I could only recall......

It came to me!

Is this a Consolidated Vultee project for a patrol flying boat, not sure on the designation, but as a replacement for the Catalina?

I believe it dates from 1944?

Sorry about the "paper plane" designation, LM.
I saw it here and thought "it is used in danish, it is used in english, use it". I was not trying to offend anyone. Honestly.

It's very quiet out there, so perhaps some help is needed.

To save those who may be scouring the American light aircraft, this aircraft is not from the US. It is available for purchase as a kit or production aircraft.

Hi Richard.. I was beginning to think I was the only one playing today. .

Its not a Zenair and not from Canada. Must admit I thought I was going to get a few suggestions for this one as its so similar to a number of current light aircraft....evidently my ploy did not work!

Time for some assistance I guess:

The prototype of this particular aircraft (which differs slightly from the 3-view) achieved a comparitively rare accomplishment for an aircraft of its type.

Night night.

Morning RR....not from South America.

The rare accomplishment was a round the world flight (with stops!) in 2009 which tied up with a major airshow.

The prototype crashed this year.
