No, not All of them, some. The number sourcing pilots via the E3 system will decrease if and when conditions improve, as is the case with SkyWest. They have gone from a timeline from interview to start of a few weeks up to six months.

As i recall, Skywest have discontinued E3 hiring, since the end of last year/2018.
I have noticed on the MESA Airlines website, that the E3 link, under pilot careers, ISN'T, there anymore (unless i'm mistaken), but it looks to have disappeared.
GoJet, Trans State Airlines, Commutair, Piedmont (via OZ pilot), have ALL advertised during the first 2 months of 2019 on the afap website, for OZ E3 eligible pilots, to start immediately.

Anyone know if you need an aus cl1 medical to get your faa validity certificate? Currently have a casa cl2 med and a canadian cl1 med.....

Do you mean FAA PPL based on a foreign licence? Your CPL will get you a FAA PPL but to exercise the privileges of the PPL you must have both medical and BFR current. As you dont need a CASA class 1 for a PPL you should be fine. If you are planning on joining a US regional you will have to get an FAA class 1 anyway. Dont bother getting your FAA PPL based on Oz licence. You can just do the FAA ATP checkride without it.

Same same with MECIR (that needs an IPC by end of june) I read that it can 'lapse' and then the FAA ATP check ride with re validate it.

Legitimate they may be but why go through an agency when you can apply directly?
The only way you know it's an agency that has posted the job is when you click on the email link. I usually find agencies post ads that direct you to their website. This seems a bit deceptive to me.

I don't know why they're involved with Trans States for headhunting since one would, as you said, apply directly with Trans States by whatever mechanism they use for that. Maybe it's just another way to spread the word.
In any event, Trans States sure is interested in gettin' some Aussies !

I am looking at he same as you with PDT. Currently in Melbourne and applied yesterday. Any advice on doing the same? Is commuting really feasible? So you're still working in your old job too?

Howdy from Trumpland. Commuting from Australia worked for me, but ONLY during the training phase. This was about 4 months for me where they would pos space me home and I could still fly in Oz whilst picking up the USD paycheck. Once you hit SIMs this is not really feasible, and anyway right now we have a heap of well paid OT (circa $150 usd per flight hour) on offer to pickup trips so this the current focus for me.

Just to clarify, the bonus is not 40k paid in year one. The bonus structure was changed in January to make it spread over years with 5k payments every six months. Who would give away 40k in year one with no contract to stay?
Envoy pays bonuses upfront on day one. The bonuses are subject to staying 2 years.
you can leave before the 2 years no harm no foul but you have to repay he bonuses. They repayments are prorated after year one.
Envoy doesn’t take E3’s and never have.
