Beats me. I don't think Aero Crew Solutions is an "agency" in the mode of Rishworth et al. They seem to be more of an interview prep, resume, pilot employment services outfit.
I don't know why they're involved with Trans States for headhunting since one would, as you said, apply directly with Trans States by whatever mechanism they use for that. Maybe it's just another way to spread the word.
In any event, Trans States sure is interested in gettin' some Aussies !
