if u add a few knots it does help ....the downside of it is ofcourse that u are left with less runway and the aircraft has enough lift...

i do not work for them ,but ....
pilots/cabin crew are nice people to work with ,good salaries ,good working...

i was in a similar situation and the company had all the hours flown with them ......it takes hours to put them all back in a logbook one by one ,but it is do-able.
