easyJet Non-Technical NTR Assessment
Hi, I've an interview coming up with easyJet later this Month. Its for a DEFO NTR position. I have 4800TT on Boeing Aircraft. Anyone know what kind of interview questions to expect? Many thanks.

Hey guys I passed the assessment a few months ago for NTR Copilot and here is a brief outline of the day:
1 A rapid check of your passport license and logbook one on one
2 Company presentation with all the recruiters and all the candidates with an explanation of the recruitment process and the schedule of the day
3 HR interview one on one nothing technical just STAR format "tell me about a time" and company knowledge questions, explaining your resume and why do you want to work for us etc...
4 Group exercise where a scenario/work assignment is to be resolved in half an hour or so
5 Sim check 737-3 all raw data and no A/P or A/T the sim instructor will give you time to prepare and profiles and again no technical quizz or oral questions
If you donīt do it in LGW I think the sim is done on a different day. Best of luck!
