I heard that two pilots got hired with a total time not above 300 hours, and no rating. One of them has just started his rating. This is of course the exception. Insurance issue.

Yes it may seem that way, but I think BF SAA favour own students, and I haven’t heard that anyone that just did the MCC course later get a place at Ryanair SSTR.
