I was treated to the distinctive sound of a RR Merlin while I was in a teleconference yesterday afternoon. A quick glance at FR24 told me it was Spitfire TIX G-ILDA out of Church Fenton.

I still occasionally wear a suit my father in law had made in 1966 when he promoted to Flt Lt. It was made by EC Squires and still looks like new so I'd say he got his money's worth out of it....
