If you level off in VNAV below the FMC cruise...

If you level off in VNAV below the FMC cruise altitude it will be in VNAV ALT. Pressing ALT INTV while in ALT HOLD does nothing, as ALT HLD isn’t a VNAV mode.

SAS doesn’t hire people for the TRD and SVG bases. In Norway OSL is the only base you will get. Still, quite a few people commute from both TRD and SVG (and other cities). On staff tickets, mind you....

2-6 sectors every day. Average of 4 I’d say. 70-95 hrs/month.
3 out of 4 nights away on average. Mostly 2 away, one home, last one away.
