therightstuff - looks you work for another airline (JET?), or flying widebody ? Salary and options for KF A320/ATR is much lower, and it is usually on the account not the first day but the first week...

What I heard indian pilots were paid on time (october), expats didnt have the salary before 7th some of them even before 15th. November will be delayed for all, looks like real cash flow problem.
