The same has been deferred till 01 Feb pending further study of the legalities....
Cat and mouse game.. what else can be said.

I am not looking for package.
I just want to know, post merger whether the salary has been paid on time or not.
I know for fact that KF red pilots , even locals , have not been paid

Sorry
Cannot help you there
For all expats thinking of Kingfisher
I know expat salary is
US$ 11500 if you opt for 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off
or US$ 12650 if you opt for 22 weeks on and 4 weeks off
plus US$ 1800 rental allowance
Most of us expats sold their leave back to the company and the guys on the
6/2 got paid US$ 24800
and the guys on
22/4 got paid US$ 27100
So they pay very well and it is a nice place to work
Its a startup airline and has all the hiccups that most startups have in their first teething years.
If you are a TRE you get US$ 2000 and the choice of being based in Bombay which has a lot of life or Bangalore (mid sized city in the mid east of India)
Fleet is 5 330's and 5 options more
Destinations are London Hong Kong Singapore and Bangkok
Most Pilots are Indian, expats are few and are a mix of Canadians from Air Canada, Sri Lankan nationals from SriLankan Airlines and Lebanese from MEA
I would reccomend

therightstuff - looks you work for another airline (JET?), or flying widebody ? Salary and options for KF A320/ATR is much lower, and it is usually on the account not the first day but the first week +/-. Deccan salary is always late as far as I know.Kings of foggy times at KF ...

Just to clarify the last post. It is probably a nice peaceful place to work if you are on the widebody. For everyone else the rostering is awful. Apart from that it is a nice peaceful place to work.
