Jet doesn't have a Sim for the ATR's so recurrent training is done in Bangkok....real short on ATR capt at the moment so will definitely offer a good deal, however I wouldn't advise anyone to join...

KTM approach is a lil tricky due to the terrain...

KTM approach is a lil tricky due to the terrain around it and the resulting high gradient descent...unfortunately there have been a few crashes there as well...familiarize yourself with the Jeppessen...

You dont HAVE TO land with flaps 15 in S/E . As per the FCTM if an engine fails during final approach whilst in landing configuration(flaps 30/40) you can continue the approach and land in...

why in the world wud u want 2 work for alliance? u havent mentioned but I think u'd want 2 join as an expat...if u have a TR why not look at Kingfisher/Jet/spice etc?? Life in Delhi is not too bad...

Jet's getting new uniforms by Aug this year.....new wing...new ties...etc..in sync with the new colours on the aircrafts...:) they do give flight bags to pilots. Expat F/O's get around 4800USD plus...

you guys cld contact Jet or Spice or Blue dart n check with the HR people!!! FO's with type endorsement who have at least 1000 hrs total are being hired.... cheers!!!!

This might help some with a type endorsement but no hours....as per the new regs if you have at least 1000hrs total time and a type rating on say a 737 you cld be hired!! If less than 1000 hrs total...

HI ! cld anyone tell me the min spd u cld slow down to , at say FL300 on a 737.... Vref 40 +70 or the upper end of the amber arc showing min manvr spd??? Thanx!!
