ive heard it all now!

I know this is not related to long haul, but new mam contract c crew will be bonded from 1 July! for 2 years

seems that qantas/mam are losing too many crew. 20 resignations in the last month...

Yes they share an office in Melbourne apparently.

However they do have a divider that divides the room!! So don't worry, the divider makes all the difference

when i was around the pay was great, clearing anywhere from 1800-2400 per fortnight, depending on trips. For the work done its easy money, however dead boring job.

all contracts will be cancelled in a few months by MAM. QF only wants one contract, having 3 is a nightmare. Many new contract C crew are leaving, reason fatigue!

Casuals are in for many many...

thats exactly right, casuals do not have any loyalty to the qf brand.

when will mr qantas realise this?

hence why over 100 mam casuals have resigned this year (inc me!)

changing of rosters

i was a mam casual for years, they would always change our rosters around at the last minute due to schedule changes, etc etc

sometimes it was crap, sometimes u got better duties, sure it stuffs...
