I presume the £67 is for exams done with the CAA?, I know that Nilai University College also carry out the Part 66 exams in Malaysia but I'm not sure how much they charge.

Indeed that is very true, if you are a A licence holder and you wish to extend your Licence to include B1 or B2 you are required to sit the full Modules in all Categories relevant to the licence...

Those courses may be quite suitable for you but remember they do not provide you with an EASA Licence, however, AST is based at Perth College and you may be able to do your EASA Exams...

If you after an apprenticeship I know that some of the Helicopter Operators in Aberdeen do run them. You should try contacting Bond, CHC Scotia or even Bristows Eastern Hemisphere.

Just out of curiousity is it a part time course you are doing?, I know there are some training providers who can offer the Category A course which is only 30 weeks + 4 weeks OJT.
