Typical Crimean beach. The Russians do not exclude the public from areas used by the military, they use them as cover.
Hence the casualties from the debris when they intercept attacking missiles and drones.

There appears to be a deep space tracking array there with a lot of fuel storage beside it.

So far a whopping four SU-34 have been delivered this year. Real unicorns. Give Ukraine the proper equipment to keep bringing them down.

Industrial scale use of 3D printers by SME for drone and bomb components.
The many small 3D printing “farms” that supply the components for improvised drone munitions for both sides in Ukraine are evolving.
More are migrating from basements of houses to small spaces in commercial buildings, which have the electrical power needed for expansion.
Access to commercial-grade electrical capacity is also needed for adequate cooling, since higher temperatures and humidity in crowded printing rooms lead to interesting results.

Erm, two thick planks at work, one soon to be terminated. I think you can say he achieved his bomb disposal aims.

S-300 required transporting thousands of miles is worth observing. Tactical and/or strategic impact.
The death of an individual grunt on the front not so much.
I appreciate all the contributions but do feel we are crossing an important line here posting this way about the end of this individual.
Just my very humble opinion, that we should please not forget ourselves and who we are.

I'm going to be openly honest. What the mass of Russian atrocities on Ukrainians have done to me is convert me to take some sort of satisfaction on watching Russian soldiers meeting their end. This is not the me of the past and I'm not proud of it, but it's what their murdering actions have done to me.

Video. Russia: Platan Electronics Research Institute on fire in Moscow. At least 8 employees dead. "Devices developed by the Platan Research Institute are used in the most important systems of military, missile, aviation, instrument-making, and radio-electronic equipment."
Platan components are in all Russian combat and civil aircraft, all nuclear ship and submarine missile carriers, long-range radar and space detection systems, military and civil airfields, radio reconnaissance systems, air defense missile systems (S-type), and guided munitions.
Eyewitness in a neighboring building said there was a loud explosion on the 6th floor of the military contractor Platan Research Institute which blew out the windows and started the fire. In 20 minutes the fire spread to the entire building.

Bbtengineer, I appreciate your views and can see some sense in them. BUT... you don't have to click on the links, and as FUMR has implied, exposure to the ideas and actions of the enemy can create an improved morale and inform OUR thoughts and actions. Sympathy for the Russian forces appears in my dictionary between 5h1t and Syphilis, the sooner they leave or are defeated, the better.

Zelenskiy replaces commander leading war on Russia in eastern Ukraine
It seems he was unpopular in the military, and purportedly incurred huge losses.
Dismissal of Lt Gen Yuriy Sodol comes amid series of personnel changes by Ukrainian president
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has replaced the commander of the Joint Forces Command of Ukraine’s military, after a well-known soldier accused the commander of causing mass casualties in the war with Russia.
In his nightly video address on Monday, Zelenskiy said Lt Gen Yuriy Sodol had been replaced by Brig Gen Andriy Hnatov, without giving a reason for the shake up.
Sodol was removed shortly after Bohdan Krotevych, the leader of Ukraine’s revered Azov regiment, accused the general of causing significant military setbacks and major losses in personnel.
In a post on the Telegram messaging app, Krotevych did not identify Sodol by name, but said an unnamed general “has killed more Ukrainian soldiers than any Russian general”.
“All the military personnel now understand who I am talking about because 99% of the military hate him for what he does,” Krotevych said, adding that he had appealed to Ukraine’s state bureau of investigation (SBI) to conduct an investigation into Sodol’s activities.
After the announcement of Sodol’s dismissal, Krotevych wrote, “Hnatov is a very good officer. I hope the news at the front will get better.”
Sodol was appointed last February during a controversial military reshuffle that saw Col Gen Oleksandr Syrsky replace Gen Valerii Zaluzhnyi, a popular commander whose relations with Zelenskiy had become strained.
Ukraine has recently made several military changes as Kyiv’s forces aim to shift the tide, and its troops have been largely on the defensive.
Sodol led Ukraine’s eastern and southern land forces, which have been grappling with Russia’s advancing offensive, as it has been gaining momentum in recent months.
