A quick one is a good one:

When I first saw this pic, I was intrigued by the officer front row far right. Since Ascend Charlie was the first to reference him, I award him the CST for
Front row, far right, was the lucky recipient of a blast of kimchi residue from the general who raised one knee to release it. had to hold his hat on, too...

(My entrant would have been:
Officer front row, far right becomes the first one aware that the photographer may have been misunderstood when he pointed at the sole of GL's shoe and shouted "CLAP!")

The CST medal ribbon will be printed multiple times on some cardboard, and dispatched along with the trophy so you can append it to chest and wear it with pride, as these fellows do.
