Yes that gauge calculates the distance to lift off leader...
But I have seen secret photos of Britisher Jaguar and it has two needles like clock.

As you can see glorious leader, on the screen the laser is spiking the group of soldiers in the background and you can see the LGB flying down the beam towards them.

Yes glorious leader, as you suggested, we looked at what the fastest American dogs aircraft would do then recalibrated our Mach meters to make ours faster.
The results are in and.... 622 earns the Silver medal with
