Due to a toilet paper shortage in North Korea and a exceptionally great harvest of Corn Cobs, gives the Great Leader a solution to both issues.

substitute loofer for Toilet Roll and the caption still works.

Right take these to Pyongyang and give one to each party member at the Congress. and when they consume them the microphone will be digested and we can hear everything they are planning against me... Brilliant
Scientist just behind pointed out the problem with the microphone and he has one beside him to show the size of the problem.
