No its safer to attached this to the barrage balloon to supply the lift. Then we can spend quality time Observing.

I know that Bell removed the canopy to be Covid Compliant in that this is now deemed " Outdoor Exercise"

Amazing what Photoshop can do - here we are, cruising along at 30,000' while the PR photo is going to show us stuck on the tarmac. That'll confuse the Russians.
