Third - Dubbleyew8 - I distinctly heard a voice in the background say "What does this do?" on the last radio call

I digress....but there is a fellow that got just that done to him by Clarabell the Clown, A Six Foot Tall Pink Bunny Rabbit, and a Gorilla wearing a Tutu......we reckoned when he told our fellow Cops what happened they just were not going to believe his story.....and the BOLO alert would be one for the records!
