A good final flourish..

and a very clever attempt to bribe the judge by Coffmanstarter

But the winners are:

Third Place Hydromet

After their first attempt at going metric, the USN never tried again.
Second Place Rather Be Gardening

"Well, that's the wife's Christmas present sorted!"
(so true)

First Place Lafyar Cokov

Gee - the lengths the producers of "Top Gun" had to go to to make Tom Cruise look of normal height..........
I have it on good authority that they used an orange box in the movie. You never see both feet and head of Cruise and McGillis in the same shot

.. And Runway is wet, wet, wet...

Or

Proof that Shangdong Airlines are short staffed.

Or

Keen to get started early Shandong Airlines start operations from their temporary frozen river runway in June.

Or

Due to the unservicability of the honey wagon, the decision to empty the bog tank on the side of the apron after the annual Bombay Curry tour was deemed not to be a smart idea.
