As it was deemed cheaper than a crew-bus with driver, the USAF ordered 30,000 off the shelf as a cost-saving measure.

In an effort to appease Dick Smith, the RAAF was doing all it could to reduce the amount of airspace required for training purposes.

Now Hammond, May and Clarkson have gone, the Top Gear budget doesn't stretch to decent cameramen, the pedal car V jet framing left much to be desired.
