Why yes President Putin did supply the specifications for the aircraft that were to be featured in the Great Patriotic War Museum. How did you know ?
It has a Captain and Co-pilot as usual, but requires 3 Flight Engineers. The throttle quadrant looks like a signal-box!

This is a "spoof" K-7 which appears on a military photo site. The original K-7 looked like this (the prototype crashed on its seventh flight because a boom failed and it was not continued). Now back to the contest.....
