It has a Captain and Co-pilot as usual, but requires 3 Flight Engineers. The throttle quadrant looks like a signal-box!

One further safety feature, Captain...
The design bureau have provided a tail-wheel in case you over-rotate while trying to get it into the air.

And here it is, folks: the Flying Condo!
As you can see, there is a beautiful balcony on the center-top where a swimming pool will be located. The gyms are in the back, and the restaurant is below the balcony.
If you follow me, I will show you the ones still available....

This is a "spoof" K-7 which appears on a military photo site. The original K-7 looked like this (the prototype crashed on its seventh flight because a boom failed and it was not continued). Now back to the contest.....
